Julien Ayme


Alumni from the Political Studies Institute of Paris and from Lyon III University in International Law, Julien was Project Manager Africa at Medef International, Parliamentary assistant then public markets manager in a French defense firm.

He manages the executive direction of Gefyra, which he is the founder and manager of.

Julien is also a teacher at the Political Studies Institute of Paris on International Crisis Management and is a regular speaker in conferences

Stéphane Witkowski

Founding Partner

Stéphane WITKOWSKI dedicated most of his activities to the Europe and Latin America relationship in various positions. He was manager of the “Americas” business unit at MEDEF International, public affairs director of an industrial firm, european and international relations director at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry Assembly, in Paris then in Bruxelles.

Co-founder of RETIA LATINA, he wishes to reinforce the relations between Latin America, Europe and Africa.

He is also the President of the strategic orientation Board at the Institute for Latin American High Studies (IHEAL / Université Paris III – Sorbonne Nouvelle).

Martin Ruiz

Business Developpper Paraguay / Latin America

Alumni from the French highschool of Asuncion, laureate of the AEFE (Agency for Foreign French Education) Excellency Scholarship, Martin studied his whole curriculum in France. After preparatory classes, he was accepted in SKEMA Business School (Sophia Antipolis), where he graduated in 2015. The following year, he obtained a Master degree in International Trade and Export Marketing at Paris 8 University.

Quadrilingual (Spanish, French, English and Portuguese), Martin joined the firm in 2015 to contribute to the creation of our Latin-American structure Retia Latina. Since January 2018 he is based in Asuncion to develop our activities in the zone Paraguay/ Southern Countries.

Pierre Samaille


Alumni from the IESEG School of Management in International Economy and from Lille’s Catholic University in Business Law, Pierre is continuing his studies in International Relations Governance at the Institute for Political Studies of Toulouse.

He joined Gefyra in 2017 as a part of his studies for the redaction of a master thesis on investment potential in Cuba. He is now a consultant in the firm. He also have experiences in international trade in an import-export firm, as well as in Regional, National and European lobbying in a public affairs firm.
